OSTEOPATH: DIRECTOR
Miranda Cooper
Miranda is a compassionate and experienced osteopath who truly understands the importance of patient-centered care—especially when juggling the demands of everyday life. As a mum herself, she brings a personal understanding of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the physical challenges women often face at different life stages.
Her approach goes beyond just treating pain or injuries. Miranda takes the time to uncover the root causes and contributing factors, working closely with you to create a personalised plan that fits your lifestyle. With a background in personal training, she’s skilled in designing safe, effective exercise programs for everyone—from elite athletes to those just starting out or returning after injury, pregnancy, or time away from movement.
Miranda has had the privilege of working with one of Australia’s leading cycling teams and at a Sports Medicine Clinic in India, where she was involved in pre- and post-operative rehab. She’s also passionate about giving back to the profession and currently mentors student osteopaths as a Clinical Educator at Southern Cross University.
Whether you’re managing pain, staying active during pregnancy, or simply wanting to move and feel better, Miranda is here to support you every step of the way.

Michelle Moloney
Michelle is a qualified and registered osteopath who is passionate about supporting patients on their journey to better health and well-being. She takes a holistic and personalised approach to care, aiming to understand the root cause of each issue and tailoring treatment to the individual needs of her patients.
After completing her osteopathic studies at Southern Cross University, Michelle has gained experience working with people of all ages—from teenagers to older adults—managing a wide variety of conditions. These include headaches, neck and back pain, jaw tension, and sports injuries. She also has a particular interest in treating digestive concerns, pelvic and abdominal discomfort, and pregnancy-related strains.
Michelle uses a range of hands-on techniques such as soft tissue massage, stretching, joint mobilisation, and manipulation, as well as cupping and dry needling. Her treatments are often complemented by breathing techniques, mindfulness, corrective exercise, and ergonomic advice to support sustainable, long-term health.
She brings a calm, supportive energy to her sessions and genuinely enjoys helping people move better and feel more in tune with their bodies. Outside the clinic, Michelle stays active through yoga and Pilates, and loves spending time at the beach with her Cavoodle.
