Our services
Assessment & Treatment
Osteopaths conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional movement analysis, neurological evaluations, range of motion testing, and orthopedic assessments. Hands-on treatments may involve techniques such as soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation, and spinal manipulation, all tailored to address your specific needs and promote optimal recovery.
Red Light Laser
Red light laser therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-level laser light to stimulate cellular repair, reduce inflammation, and promote tissue healing. Commonly used for musculoskeletal conditions, it can assist in relieving pain, improving circulation, and accelerating recovery. This therapy is a gentle, drug-free option that complements hands-on osteopathic care. Your osteopath may use this during your session if appropriate.
Dry Needling
Both of our osteopaths are fully trained in dry needling, which may be offered as part of your treatment plan, depending on your individual needs. Your osteopath will assess whether this technique is suitable during your session. Rest assured, dry needling is entirely optional, and you are welcome to decline if you prefer not to have it included in your treatment
Rehabilitation
Our osteopaths develop personalised rehabilitation exercises tailored to your specific condition, lifestyle, and goals. Understanding that every individual is unique, we avoid a "one size fits all" approach, ensuring your rehabilitation program is designed specifically to meet your needs and support your recovery journey.
Why Choose Osteopathy?

Using hands-on techniques, osteopaths address the root cause of pain and discomfort—whether it stems from muscles, joints, or everyday stress. It’s a gentle yet effective way to support your body’s natural healing process, improve movement, and enhance overall wellbeing. Whether you're recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or simply looking to move and feel better, osteopathy offers tailored care to help you get back to what matters most.
