Our services
Assessment & Treatment
Osteopaths conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional movement analysis, neurological evaluations, range of motion testing, and orthopedic assessments. Hands-on treatments may involve techniques such as soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation, and spinal manipulation, all tailored to address your specific needs and promote optimal recovery.
Red Light Laser
Red light laser therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-level laser light to stimulate cellular repair, reduce inflammation, and promote tissue healing. Commonly used for musculoskeletal conditions, it can assist in relieving pain, improving circulation, and accelerating recovery. This therapy is a gentle, drug-free option that complements hands-on osteopathic care. Your osteopath may use this during your session if appropriate.
Dry Needling
Both of our osteopaths are fully trained in dry needling, which may be offered as part of your treatment plan, depending on your individual needs. Your osteopath will assess whether this technique is suitable during your session. Rest assured, dry needling is entirely optional, and you are welcome to decline if you prefer not to have it included in your treatment
Rehabilitation
Our osteopaths develop personalised rehabilitation exercises tailored to your specific condition, lifestyle, and goals. Understanding that every individual is unique, we avoid a "one size fits all" approach, ensuring your rehabilitation program is designed specifically to meet your needs and support your recovery journey.
Why Choose Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a patient-centred approach to healthcare that focuses on supporting the function of the body’s muscles, joints, and related structures. Osteopaths use hands-on techniques as part of a comprehensive approach to help manage musculoskeletal complaints and assist with movement and comfort.
Osteopaths consider each individual’s unique history and goals, providing personalised care based on clinical assessment and evidence-informed practice. Treatment may include a combination of manual therapy, movement advice, and education to support overall musculoskeletal health and daily function.
Osteopathy may be suitable for people seeking support for common musculoskeletal issues or for those wanting to maintain or improve their movement in everyday life. Your osteopath will work with you to determine the most appropriate management plan for your needs and refer you to other healthcare providers if required.
